Question of the Day:
How did people know who was a follower of Christ BEFORE elections existed?
Seriously if you have a good answer I'd like to know so I can share with others.

Well, they actually had to get to know them, spend time with them, and watch their words and actions, didn't they? We can't do that today though, because it would mean we'd have to get messy with the details of life.
I've thought long and hard about this... If I understand the question, you're asking, "how did people know other people were Christian before elections---due to elections seem to bring out the "stance" in people"....is this correct? Am I understanding it?
I keep coming back to the scripture, "they will know we are Christians by our love." Problem is, what is love? Love is "an act of the will, accompanied by emotions that leads to action on behalf of it's object."
Do we love others like this? Even when they vote for someone we wouldn't vote for?
